taxiport provide airport transfers to and from Sheffield and began operating in 2016. We have worked with taxiport from the start of their business, providing marketing and web support. We designed a logo for their business and an initial landing page. We also designed and printed business cards to promote their new business. At the same time, we began development of a new website ready to take online bookings.

taxiport operate a virtual office so having the ability to communicate with their customers from anywhere was vital for them. We set up email accounts for taxiport on their mobiles and laptops. We supported taxiport in providing various communication apps to interact with their customers and also set up a VoIP number with an introduction message for their main landline number.

We have developed custom scripts that interact with their booking calendar, apps, email and mobile phones to support the booking process from start to finish.

We also provided taxiport with a web app that they use for dispatching jobs to their drivers. This web app has supported them in managing their bookings, without the higher costs of taxi dispatch systems such as iCabbi or DataMaster. This app provides a simple approach to notifying the office manager of the stage the driver is within a journey.

We still provide web and email hosting for taxiport and continue to provide ongoing IT support, development and advise.
